At luckinusyy.com, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 180 days of receipt. All original tags must remain attached.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You may also choose to exchange the item, where applicable.

2. PACK YOUR RETURN

Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return and include your invoice or proof of purchase. If you no longer have the original shipping packaging, please package the items securely according to your chosen carrier’s guidelines.

3. SHIP YOUR RETURN

Attach the appropriate shipping label securely to your package and make sure any previous shipping labels or barcodes are completely covered or removed.

Ship your package using a reliable carrier and retain your tracking information until your return has been processed.

4. EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND

Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm its arrival.

Eligible full-priced items may qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events may qualify for an exchange or store credit unless they are specifically marked as final sale.
